Get Tribes Basic Human Rights

Right now a ground breaking International Treaty is being discussed by countries globally.

If enough countries agree to this treaty indeginous tribal people will be given a legal right to:

  • basic human rights
  • land rights
  • a say in their future

for the first time in history.

Nineteen countries have ratified (agreed too) this Treaty so far, including; Norway (1990), Fiji (1998), Ecuador (1998), Brazil (2002), Nepal, Spain, and Denmark.

England has not yet ratified the Treaty; saying that as it has no indigenous tribal people of its
own it does not need too. However, if England were to ratify this Treaty it would not only pave the way for more countries to follow, but more dirctly help to control multi-national corporations that move in to tribal territories from out-side and destroy land, culture and lives alike.
